When I checked in, the VERY nice young lady at the desk told me I was in an accessible room (hearing), um…. Through the DoubleTree website I reserved a handicap room, with shower access.
Unfortunately, since I was staying with my Mother and had to make specific reservation requests, that were not met, my score is lower. If I was staying at the hotel alone my score would have been higher. I’m torn about my overall score for the hotel.
